Well this is a first in our 14 years of Boot Camp … Celebrating 2 x double centurions 💯💯 at the same time with two of our bootcamp members hitting 200 Boot Camp sessions for the calendar year this morning👍

Congratulations to Eric and Everton on hitting massive milestones for the year💥

Let's start with Eric. Kicked off his Boot Camp journey in February 2020 and has done a mix of strength club and boot camp over the years. Has accumulated 775 sessions, hit centurions status twice and double centurions status twice. Annual average of 155 sessions 🔥💪🔥

Everton kicked off his Boot Camp journey only one week after Eric. He has amassed a huge 1016 sessions, Centurion twice and double centurion three times😲

Want to know his average….. 203 sessions per year. Everton, you definitely have the highest batting average mate of any bootcamp member 🎉🎉

Great work you guys and enjoy your bubbles🍾🍾
MASSIVE congratulations on one of our more sprightly strength club members for completing their 12 week program. At 70, Dave approached me just a couple of weeks after completing chemotherapy due to being diagnosed with lymphoma around six months ago👍

It's not uncommon for cancer patients to do everything possible to improve their strength and general health to ensure the body is robust as possible and hopefully decrease the risk of cancer returning👌

This program has been fantastic for Dave. Loved his positivity, energy, and cheekiness (definitely matched mine)💜 He was super consistent with his program and did not miss one scheduled session. As you can see from below, he was always destined to improve his strength especially after what chemotherapy will do to your body. Could not be happier with the strength improvements he has made and the confidence with lifting weights💪🎉💪

Congratulations Adi on being our first double centurion with 200 Boot Camp sessions in a calendar year💯💯

Not the first time she has hit this milestone. This is the third time since commencing Boot Camp almost 8 years ago in January 2017 that she has hit double centurion. In addition another three times of centurion status with 100 sessions in a calendar year💥👊💥

Adi has clocked up an impressive 1218 sessions which is an average of around 150 sessions per year since she started. That is a consistent three sessions every week for eight years😀😀😀

I think you deserve a cheeky celebration cocktail Adi🍾🍾🍹🍹
Well done Dave on completing your first 12 week strength club program 👌This program has been fantastic for Dave. One of our strength club crew in his late 50s he has quite a pronounced curvature of the upper back.

Focusing on activating those core muscles that support the upper body structure has really helped him be conscious of how he is lifting to ensure he knows how to hold a solid posture as the weight increases💪

Had to pull out the broomstick on quite a few occasions to ensure he had reasonable alignment of his spine during any hip hinge movement👌

Enjoy your break Dave and look forward to getting into your next strength club program in the new year with even more improvements to be made💪💪

Our first strength club VIP member to hit Centurion status with 💯 strength club sessions in a calendar year💪💪

Normally, this would be extremely hard to achieve as our strength club crew are programmed in for two sessions per week and the program is conducted over 50 weeks. This year we have modified 2 x 12 week programs for Derek to 3 sessions per week…. It is certainly made a difference 🔥🔥

Well done Derek, great consistency = great outcomes 👌

Big thank you to @alison.skate.pots for her amazing creativity with a handmade ceramic Centurion cup
It's Carmen's turn to finish off her latest strength club program. Third one under her belt and looking forward to getting stuck in the program 4 in just over a week👊

Had a few left knee issues during this program and we were able to modify and adapt the training for a few weeks whilst that was getting better. Last thing you want to do is stop training if you don't need to as it not only prevents continual adaptations to strength training but can also be a bit of a downer mentally😉

Really impressed with some of Carmen's shoulder work in this program. In particular the 10 kg shoulder twist where she was able to maintain 45 seconds time under tension pretty well💪💪

Next program brings us into dropping our squat depth a couple of inches so we will lighten things up a little and then slowly build as we go. A great way to improve our hip, knee, and ankle mobility👌

Congratulations Steve on completing your first strength club 12 week program. Steve's ankle mobility was very restricted when I conducted his initial technique and mobility assessment which led to us modifying a few of the exercises in the program👌

He is starting to adapt quite well to these exercises. We are making some great strength improvements and continue to focus on improving his ankle mobility👍

Looking forward to program number 2 starting next week as we will push the envelope a little more to ensure we continue to make those strength adaptations💪

Congratulations Charlotte, our first international strength club member ✈️

Perhaps we are getting some serious global reach with our programs with Charlotte travelling from Belgium and recently completing her first 12 week strength club program💥💪💥

Alex recently returned to Australia from Belgium after spending quite a few years overseas. A former Resultz Gym member when we were located in Stafford. On his return decided that he would like to do a 12 week strength club program with his fiancée. Alex has always played high level sport (volleyball) and competed in many representative teams.

Our strength program was a little bit different to what he is used to. At the level he used to compete much of his training consisted of plyometric movements to ensure he had explosive power👍

One of the great things about our strength club program is every 4 weeks we slow the speed of movement down whilst decreasing repetitions and there is a high focus on Time Under Tension (TUT) as opposed to speed…. This is something Alex was not as accustomed to.

It was great to see some fantastic strength adaptations simply by slowing down repetition speed, maintaining technique, and increasing weight 👍

Very impressed with Justin's strength club ethic …… I'm sure his work ethic is great also. Because his consistency has been spot on he is continuing to create some great strength benefits after completing three 12 week strength club blocks💪

Congratulations Kath on finishing up your third 12 week strength club block earlier this week👌

Still achieving some nice improvements with the program and finishing up just in time prior to an extended break👍

This program Kath wanted to work on pull-up strength in the hope to be able to achieve one strict pull-up without assistance or bands. Did we achieve this goal??? Not quite but we are bloody close and I look forward to seeing that pull-up. Because what I do know is when you are able to do one pull-up…. Achieving multiple pull-ups is sure to follow💪💥💪

Awesome to see Nic hit a personal best lift in both his dead lift and squat at the completion of his 11th Strength club 12 week Program 💥💪💥

Nic’s technique has evolved so well over the last three years since becoming a strength club member and I always look forward to what the next program will bring and if he is able to continue pushing those limits👌

Congratulations Derek on completing your 7th 12 week strength club program this week.  Super consistent with his training and always on point with technique👌

Derek had considerable back pain due to an injury when we started back in January 2023. Strength training has really helped strengthen those areas around the spine to make things a lot easier for him and continue his passion in cycling👊

Really looking forward to kicking off the next program tomorrow and adding some different exercises to see how lower back will react to the training💪

Jac, you can now join your husband on the Centurion podium with 💯 bootcamp sessions for 2024👊

Jac started her bootcamp experience back in October 2018. She had a couple of years off in the middle somewhere and has returned and clocked up over 400 sessions in total😁😁

She has achieved Centurion status with 💯 sessions in a calendar year three times💪

Well done Jac, a great consistent effort this year thus far 👌

Big thank you to @alison.skate.pots for her amazing creativity with a handmade ceramic Centurion cups💜💜
Congratulations Dan on hitting Centurion status with 💯 bootcamp sessions in a calendar year💪

Dan hit this milestone on Monday. He has overcome some injuries throughout the year. Even with his injuries he still comes along and we are able to adapt the exercises so that he is still able to achieve a fitness benefit👌

Dan will be coming up to his five year anniversary in late November this year and has completed 723 bootcamp sessions thus far💥👊💥

This is the fourth time he has hit Centurion status and in 2021 he hit double Centurion status with 213 sessions for the year.... Not a bad effort over 50 weeks of training🎉

Big thank you to @alison.skate.pots for her amazing creativity with a handmade ceramic Centurion cup
It is not very often that we have Strength Club VIP members hit Centurion status with 💯 sessions in a calendar year. When incorporating some bootcamp sessions into your strength training it is certainly achievable and stoked to say that Nic has hit Centurion status for the second time today with 100 strength club/bootcamp sessions💥👊💥

Nic has made some great strength improvements over the years since joining our strength club program in September 2021💪💪

He's come leaps and bounds with his strength improvements and continues to do so🔥🔥

Great work Nic👌

Big thank you to @alison.skate.pots for her amazing creativity with a handmade ceramic Centurion cup
Congratulations Kelli, your first 12 week strength club program in the fitness superannuation account and awesome to see you are super keen to get into program number 2💥👌💥

Kelli was enthusiastically encouraged by Liz, another strength club member to join our strength club program. It was awesome to see that she jumped in with both feet and has really enjoyed the program and got some pretty fantastic percentage improvements👊💪

We often attract 50+ yo people to join this program as strength training in general is a lot less risky than the high intensity circuit-based training style that we generally will do in our bootcamp program. In addition, strength club for anybody over the age of 35 is imperative to ensure we are putting tension on our skeletal system to decrease the susceptibility of skeletal degenerative diseases. Regardless of age, resistance training is vital for long-term mobility and health👌

A massive crew turned out for this morning's boxing session all to see Ian notch up 💯 bootcamp sessions and become our 14th Centurion for 2024🔥💪🔥

Ian is definitely one of our bootcamp veterans with 10+ years of training with Resultz under his belt. He commenced his bootcamp journey back in July 2012👌

A self-confessed member of the Friday morning "super group" he also hits a huge milestone today with an overall session count of 1500😳😳

He has hit Centurion status 8 times whilst being part of our amazing community💥👊💥

Great work Ian 💯

Congratulations Andy on completing your ninth block of strength club👌

You have been at it for 4 years now mate and although at times you are not as consistent as you would like you have certainly improved not only your strength but also your posture and technique….. And of course, confidence 🔥💪🔥

Kris is one of our 10+ year veterans and commenced her bootcamp journey back in July 2012. That is a very long time to be committed to your health and fitness and it is a credit to you for putting up with me for such a long time. She has hit Centurion status 6 times and accumulated an incredible 1257 sessions 😳😳

Great work Kris and congratulations on beating Ian for the 2024 Centurion title in your household 👊👊

Solid effort Rose. 💯 bootcamp sessions done and dusted and our 12th Centurion for 2024💥👊💥

Rose started her bootcamp journey in February 2020 and this is the fourth time she has achieved Centurion status in a calendar year.  With over 500 sessions under her belt Rose is definitely consistent and reaps the benefits of showing up time and time again🔥💪

Big thank you to @alison.skate.pots for her amazing creativity with a handmade ceramic Centurion cup

Liz, first 12 week strength club program done and dusted and great to see you are super keen to get into program number 2👍

When Liz approached me about strength club she was a little concerned whether this type of training would aggravate her joints with an inflammatory response due to some autoimmune issues. We monitored the first few weeks pretty closely and happy to say that this type of training created no inflammation for her and as you can see from the results below she was able to continually improve💪👊💪

It is important to continually overload during strength training to ensure that we are constantly applying a stimulus for muscle growth and strength. Our formula is simple. Ensure technique is on point and you can achieve the repetitions (although challenging). This mitigates the likelihood of injury whilst still maintaining an increased level of strength throughout the program👌

Another one bites the dust .... Strength club program that is💪💪

Chris has now polished off 14 strength club programs since starting in
September 2018. Of course, he will roll into program number 15 next week 👍

As well as strength club, Chris also is a regular member of our bootcamp
program and in total has done 1250 sessions.... Doing the maths and dividing
that number by six years that is over 200 sessions per year on average😳

I think you might be the most committed VIP member we have ever had Chris🔥🔥

Well done mate. A sensational effort

Our September Challenge has certainly increased attendance rates this month thus far. Who doesn't love free stuff💪💪

Resultz can only be attained with consistency and it's great to see how many of our community are on track to be eligible to win the September Attendance Challenge 💥👊🔥
Great job Mark. 100 boot camp sessions complete and our 11th Centurion for 2024💥👊💥

Mark has been kicking around with our Resultz Gym community for some time now. Starting in May 2018 he is now risen to the heights of celebrating Centurion member 6 times and accumulated an impressive 818 sessions 💪

That would be close to around 50,000 push-ups that I would have prescribed to him I imagine😳

No need to thank me Mark, I am quite a humble chap😁

Big thank you to @alison.skate.pots for her amazing creativity with a handmade ceramic Centurion cup
I had a bit of a moment today when celebrating Cherylyn once again hitting Centurion status with 100 boot camp sessions for 2024🔥

Cherylyn was one of my first boot camp participants went I started my outdoor bootcamp venture in 2011 after leaving the military. Both Cherylyn and myself were in our late 30’s at the time and today we find ourselves in our early 50s (although still look like and act like we are in our 30s)😁😁

She has amassed 1667 sessions with our Resultz Gym community in her 14th year... Some serious consistency right there🔥👌🔥

She has also hit Centurion status a whopping 12 times 💥💥💥

Congratulations Cherylyn. An absolutely stellar effort👊

Shout out to @alison.skate.pots

Jill started her strength club journey back in July 2020. I will be totally transparent and say that Jill and her hubby Andy who also partakes in our strength club program are not always the most consistent. One thing they do have going for each other is when they do show up they love the training and the strength improvements they get🔥💪🔥

As a busy professional couple they simply want something where they can show up and know they will be worked over…. (I mean get a good workout) 😁

Finished off her eighth program and is getting started on her ninth 12 week block next week💥💥

Good work Jill, looking forward to getting into some good consistency for the remainder of 2024.

Fifth 12 week strength club completed from Henry at the end of last week. He is still making some fantastic percentage improvements and his lean frame is starting to adapt to this type of training… He is getting strong  💥💪💥

Henry is only 18 years old and at his peak when it comes to muscular development and strength. This next program one of his exercises will be strict pullups. The goal in 12 weeks is to be able to do 20 unassisted pullups. I've seen him do 19 so what's one more right?

A first for Dayna this morning becoming our newest Centurion with 💯 boot camp session for 2024💪

Dayna is relatively new to our community starting in July last year. She has been super consistent since then and has racked up a total of 164 sessions🔥👊🔥

It's been great watching her fitness and strength improve…. Especially her push-ups💥🔥💥

Great work Dayna, keep the momentum going👌

Again, thanks @alison.skate.pots
For the hand made Centurion cups 👍
Great to see Kerry join her hubby on the Centurion board yesterday. A tough session last night to bring up her 💯 bootcamp session for 2024👍

Kerry joined our community in January 2021 and has been a regular attendee ever since👌

Although she did have a 14 week break in mid-2023 after giving birth!  With a total of 575 sessions under her belt she has hit Centurion status twice and also double Centurion status with over 200 sessions in 2022. Fantastic effort Kerry and awesome consistency🔥💪🔥

Shout out to @alison.skate.pots for the hand made Centurion cups☕
Congratulations Maddy, another Centurion effort under your belt for another year with 💯 sessions (so far) in 2024.

Maddy joined our boot camp community in May 2019 and over the years has done a mixture of boot camp and strength club programs🔥💪🔥

With a total of 810 sessions under her belt she is creeping towards the elusive 1000 sessions. Since joining she has hit Centurion status four times and double Centurion status with over 200 sessions in 2022.

Well done to the push up Queen👑
Fifth Strength Club program done and dusted for Mike👊

We so needed to put in lunges into this program. He was so stiff in the hip girdle region and incorporating this movement has started to free up a little more range of motion and mobility👌

It's not always about lifting a huge amount of weight. Sometimes the focus is on getting more mobility through certain movement patterns.

Congratulations to Brad finishing up his Sixth 12 week strength club program💥

Brad joined the gym in September 2019 and started strength club in March 2021. For many, strength club is an opportunity to make huge gains on their dead lifts, squats, and all other compound exercises that are in the program👌

Brad is not like most people ….. Sometimes showing up is an achievement in itself.

Brad has a genetic disorder called cystic fibrosis that affects his lungs. In 2018 he came down with a severe infection that almost cost him his life. Luckily, Brad was paired with a matched donor and had a new set of lungs transplanted👍

In the last five years Brad has not always felt 100% yet he still shows up when he is able and lifts what he can. He has trained with cannulas in his arms and stomach and bags of fluid attached to him😳

The medicinal cocktail he had to endure to keep alive whilst waiting for a donor has now affected his kidneys which are only working at around 10%. He is on a donor list for new kidneys as well!!!

Sometimes when things are a little bit tough or life gets in the way I will often reflect on the stories Brad tells me about him growing up with this horrific disease. I don't know who dealt him his hand but what I do know is that he will remain at the table and keep betting on life💥🔥💥

Thank you for allowing me to share a little bit of your life journey mate👍

Congratulations Jason for becoming Centurion number 6 for 2024 with 💯 boot camp sessions 🔥 💪 🔥

Jase joined our community in January 2023 and decided to come along with his wife Jac to see what all the fuss was about 👌

Centurion in 2023 and now Centurion in 2024👊 Great consistency mate…. Do you think you have time to crack out 200 this year 💯💯?

Big thank you to @alison.skate.pots for her amazing creativity with a handmade ceramic Centurion cup👍
Great job Ally completing your first 12 week strength club program💪

Your second program starting tomorrow will really help continuing to improve your strength now that we have laid a pretty solid foundation👌

Ally came into this program weighing 50 kg and a very lean frame….. Also, did I mention she was only 4 months post-partum 😳

She was looking at strengthening up to avoid any potential back shoulder or hip injuries as her bundle of joy gets older and heavier. Happy to say, she managed to put on 6 kg over the 12 week period👊

During Carmen's second strength club program we encountered a few minor injuries. We were able to pivot and avoid aggravating existing issues.

The flexibility this program affords allows our Strength Club crew to continue making consistent gainz💪💪

Carmen did a great job as we modified some of the exercises to allow recovery but still getting a good solid strength workout each session👌

Now that we are about to commence our third program she is stronger, more robust, and ready to roll 👊

looking forward to see what this powerhouse is capable of for program 3

Congratulations Celine for becoming Centurion number 5 for 2024 with 💯 boot camp sessions 🔥🔥

Celine only joined our community this year and has been very consistent👌

She has made some great improvements in strength exercises such as push-ups and TRX💪

As an avid golfer who wouldn't want to be able to drive the ball an extra 20 or so metres 👊
Second strength club program is often a lot more challenging and the percentage improvements are not as high!

Why?

The first program is about me discovering what Kath is capable of. As the trainer I need to ensure that we minimise the risk of injury whilst also applying consistent overload during the 12 weeks👌

Second program we always start off considerably heavier than we did on the first… Great work Kath on your second program💪💪 I'm sure you will agree it was more challenging and definitely more rewarding. Looking forward to kicking off program three next week 👍

Very solid effort Derek completing your sixth strength club block last week👊

As well as some very consistent strength improvements we are now noticing definition and muscle growth💪 A very consistent strength club member who very rarely misses a session👌

Second 12 week strength club block done and dusted for Justin and looking
forward to getting stuck into his third program💪

Normally you don't see such high percentage improvements on the second block. Unless of course you are very consistent on a weekly basis and even throw in an extra solo session throughout the week👍 This is exactly what Justin has been focusing on and he
is certainly feeling and seeing a noticeable difference after 6 months of
strength training 👌

The next 3 months of strength club Justin is also going to throw in some

Another milestone today for our VIP community💥

Our fourth Centurion was crowned this morning with 💯 bootcamp sessions for 2024. Congratulations Eric, solid effort mate👊

Eric joined our community back in February 2020. Over the years he has done a mixture of Strength Club and boot camp, achieved centurion status 3 times
and double Centurion with 200 sessions in a calendar year once👍

675 sessions in just under four and half years shows some great consistency
and commitment 🔥👌🔥

Always grateful for the custom handmade Centurion cups from @alison.skate.pots
Another year and another Centurion 💯 moment for Everton💥

Great work mate, since you commenced your bootcamp journey in February 2020 you have accumulated 916 sessions 🙏 in total.

You have hit double Centurion twice 💯💯 and Centurion 3 times (although I imagine that this year will be another double Centurion moment the way you are tracking).

Thank you to Alison Skate Pots for the celebratory Centurion cups. Becoming
a very sought after item in our VIP community 🔥💪🔥
Congrats to one of our long term VIP members 🎉

Adi hit 100 Boot Camp sessions for 2024 this morning and is our 2nd Centurion 💯 for 2024.

She's been training with us since Jan 2017 and has hit Centurion status 4 times and double Centurion 💯💯 twice in this time🔥🔥

In addition..... She has also clocked up 1018 sessions in total 💥💥

Bloody legend Adi 👊💯👊

Big shout out to @alison.skate.pots for the hand made Centurion coffee mugs 💜
Vicky is an absolute powerhouse💪

Finishing up her fourth program this week and already fired up to get started on program five👍

Improvements that we are making are perfectly consistent with exactly how the next 12 week block should go. Not trying to what I call "over lift" …. Where we are pushing beyond our capability and potentially increasing the risk of injury👌

Consistent improvements occur with consistent training😁

We’re loving our experience so far at Resultz! It’s a really laid back space with loads of resources and all the equipment you could need. A great location at a great price too. Highly recommend all locals check it out 🙂

Both my daughter and I attended the strength club together. This is a semi private class ensuring guided correct techniques to reduce injury but also with the goal of lifting heavier as each week goes by. Mat is a fantastic personal trainer, and takes time and consideration to adjust to your personal needs. Everyone at the gym is very friendly and welcoming 😊

Resultz Gym is the definition of a small gym that provides you with so many resources to better your physical, emotional and mental capabilities. The community within boot camp and equipment they have is great! Along with modifications within the workout. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable and enjoyable time while working out!

Small friendly gym very results focussed. Owner/trainer Mat runs boot camps and strength club and has a high success rate helping and motivating people to achieve their goals fast. My particular interest was strength, and the gym has all the equipment needed for solo workouts as well. Parking easy right outside, 24 hr access without hiccups. Highly recommended.

I trained here for all of 2023, approx. 3 times a week. This is a really wonderful gym, and I enjoyed every minute I trained here. Mat has taken great care to design the space to have everything you need, nothing you don’t. Really love the high ceilings, heaps of good quality squat racks, good fans, and great music that is not just the usual Top 40. Clientele are all regular people just looking to stay active, fit and healthy. Just generally good vibes all around. I also really liked not having 1000 TV screens around the place blasting advertising like you find at larger commercial gyms – it’s a wonderful place where I could just ‘switch off’ and focus on training. Also – massive plus on having a sled! The place is always very clean which I appreciated, and there is a good culture of wiping equipment down after use. Sign up is easy, cancellation (sadly, as my car broke down and needed to go somewhere closer to home) also very easy. I’m sure I’ll be back sometime in the future, wish there were more places like this! Thanks Mat.

Mat is absolutely the star of Resultz gym, super responsive and always helpful and cheery! The gym itself ticks all the boxes, equipment is just what is required and plenty of it, with enough space to do your own thing. The hours allow for flexible routine to fit around hectic work/family schedules which is so helpful. Definitely a gym worth joining!

Resultz Gym had provided me with such a brilliant experience, from the space itself to the very welcoming vibe. Mat is so helpful and, in my case, patient too! He’s really built a brilliant place for someone like me who is pretty new to gyms, the machines, and creating an achievable routine. I’ve been attending the gym itself for over a month now and two weeks into my kickstarter programme and I’ve really seen an improvement in my health and strength. Thanks Mat! I can’t recommend Resultz enough!

I recently did a trial with this gym. The sign up process was super easy and contact from the owner was perfect. On the first visit you get a tour and shown all facilities and it is very impressive it is well laid out clean and inviting. They have full weights and cardio Amrap wall and lots of motivation with member of month ,challengers and PBS. Also has showers so you can go straight to work ECT. They have boot camps that look amazing yet to try. Price is super affordable and you get lots of bang for your buck. Well worth a look.

This is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to. Matt is a fantastic trainer who is fun, friendly and charismatic and takes a genuine interest in your health and well-being no matter what age or fitness level you are at. The bootcamp is perfect for fast results (my friend and I joined to shed some kilos before our weddings but stayed because we loved it so much) the community there is so welcoming and supportive. And bonus to the bootcamp they have outdoor yoga each week which is such a peaceful and relaxing cause you’ll need it with how sore you’ll be. This is the only gym around the Northside I’ve been to (and I’ve tried a few) that really does feel like a true community and not out to lock you into contracts and it’s a really great price with several price options to suit everyone. Also with the bootcamp they do several social events and also some external fitness obstacle events (like Spartan) throughout the year and it has a really fitness family vibe to the group.

I’ve been a member of resultz gym for three months now and I can honestly say it is the only gym I’ve ever felt comfortable in. I have been a member of various other gyms over the years but I never really enjoyed going, which has meant I never saw any results with my fitness or body composition. From the very first time I visited the gym, Mat the owner made me feel completely at ease. I decided to sign up for a kick starter program so that I had a guide of what to do in the gym. Mat showed me how to do each exercise and how to use all the equipment and that whatever I was already capable of doing was great. Since starting my program I have made huge improvements to my strength, stamina and mobility. There is so much information available for free in the gym and online at the members resource page on how to achieve your goals whatever they may be. I absolutely LOVE going to the gym now, I have to force myself to have rest days. I have found the other members of the gym to be friendly, supportive, and happy to offer advice and share their knowledge if you ask them a question. It’s a place where no matter whether you are super fit or a complete newbie you will feel comfortable and achieve your goals. Absolutely the happiest gym on earth.

I've been going to this gym a few times a week for a couple of months now and my training so far has mostly been injury rehab focused and this space has been great for that with all the gear I need but I'm also looking forward to expanding my program soon and getting to use more of the equipment. I've been a member of Resultz Gym off and on for a few years now - mainly doing the Boot Camp but more recently just as a gym member. I can thoroughly recommend Resultz Gym. It has everything other gyms have in terms of facilities and equipment, but if find it more personal, and Mat's enthusiasm make's it fun - especially the boot camp sessions. Excellent gym. I’ve been a member for two months and my experience has been very positive so far. I don’t get how Resultz gym is so… empty with only a couple regulars during peak hours on any given day, and still so affordable, with a lot of space and fantastic equipment. Regardless, I’m going to enjoy having the best of all worlds while I can! The only downsides are that I think the gym could use a couple more essential bits of equipment, but that doesn’t deter at all from enjoying my workout.
