Exercise Classes from 18 June 2024

Welcome to our Mums & Bubs exercise program. This program is for Mums that are from 6 weeks postnatal up to around 10 months (give or take) who want to re-engage back into exercise in a safe and supportive environment.

After having a baby it can be challenging to re-engage back into the community. Our Mums and Bubs classes are not only developed to create a fitter and healthier Mumma but also to connect with other like-minded Mums who value their health and fitness.

This program is developed to create 2 main benefits;

Physical Health

  • Strengthen your body without the impact or too much pressure
  • Postural strengthening exercises to reduce the risk of neck and back pain
  • Increase in flexibility and movement
  • Improve energy levels and feel healthier

Mental Health

  • Training in a supportive and inclusive environment with other Mums & Bubs
  • An opportunity to meet other mums to share ideas and experiences
  • Exercise creates dopamine which is the happy hormone… Almost impossible to be unhappy when exercising!
  • Lovely way to connect with your bundle of joy

The finer details

  • 2 x sessions per week - Tue & Thu 11 - 11.45 AM
  • Max 8 Mums per session
  • Baby change mat, nappy bags, and baby wipes available
  • Easy access - Plenty of car parks and Gym is pram friendly
  • $33 per week direct debit on Tuesday's
  • Make up classes - 1 every 2nd Friday
  • No contracts - Flexible arrangements
  • Location - 983 South Pine Road Everton Hills (next door to Dipadees swim school)
