Congratulations on taking advantage of your FREE 7 Day Resultz Gym Pass that allows you access for 7 consecutive days and includes BONUS access to our Boot Camp group training Membership.
A few instructions on filling out the online form if you need help
- Complete member details & health questionnaire
- Choose "gym membership" in membership section (3 new Windows will open)
- Choose a start date for your 7 Day FREE Pass trial
- Leave tag number vacant (issued with gym induction brief)
- Leave "admin fees" and "direct debit arrangement" information.
- Choose your preferred method of payment under "ongoing payment" and add your payment details.
- Manually sign using your mouse/finger and click "confirm signature" (does not need to be perfect). 2nd box is only if a 3rd party is paying your membership fees or if you are 16 or 17 yo a parent/caregiver must sign
- Add "7 DAY FREE PASS" into the comments box just before you click submit
- Tick the terms and conditions (these will be e-mailed to you) and click submit
What happens after my 7 Day FREE Pass
- Option 1 - Join our community and receive all of the guidance and accountability to get the Resultz you are looking for. Nothing extra required here, your payments will commence automatically at the completion of your 7 Day Free trial.
- Option 2 - Decide to continue looking around and not continue at Resultz. You will need to hand back your access card and inform us via email prior to your 7 day trial expiring. Failure to do so may prevent the first fortnightly debit taking place.
We know, because our members tell us that it can be very frustrating and confusing when making the decision to join a new gym. Often there are fees and charges that aren’t advertised and you only find out about them after your first debit. This is why we are extremely transparent with any extra fees and charges associated with using a debit platform for member payments.
Fee Structure: All member debits are processed on Tuesdays (fortnightly for gym membership and weekly for Boot Camp membership). Our debit company provider, Debit First charge a $0.50 transaction fee to all Direct Debit members per transaction. All Credit Card payments are debited to current credit card % fee rates. In the event that there are insufficient funds or incorrect banking/credit card information, Debit First will impose a $6.60 default fee to your next scheduled payment. If you have 2 consecutive failed payments, your membership will be automatically cancelled.
Gym members – If you wish to pause or suspend your membership for a certain time frame, there is a $40 reactivation fee on your return. Any FIFO employees that wish to join the gym, special arrangements will be considered.
Terms & Conditions: The 7 Day Free Pass offer is only available to new members and cannot be used in conjunction with any other marketing or advertising offer via Resultz Gym or any other 3rd party that Advertises on behalf of Resultz Gym.
