Mon

  • 6:00 to 6:45 Start with a Bang with Mat at Enoggera Weekend is over and it is time to start with a bang. No better way to kickstart your week with this high intensity fast paced bootcamp session 🙂
  • 18:30 to 19:15 Partner Strength with Mat at Resultz Gym Find yourself a partner and be ready to apply some serious overload to your Monday night session. Plenty of recovery and plenty of hard work. A great one to improve your overall strength 🙂

Tue

  • 6:00 to 6:45 Tabata with Mat at Resultz Gym Tuesday morning Tabata session means there is no escaping a fantastic session. Using the Tabata timer is a great way to ensure that our whole community regardless of fitness level gets a fantastic workout 🙂
  • 18:30 to 19:15 Cardio Carnage with Mat at Enoggera Cardio carnage is non-stop. As the name suggests, expect very little recovery and continuous exercise from agility based training to short bouts of strength work.... Not much rest though 🙂

Wed

  • 6:00 to 6:45 Midweek Surprise with Mat at Enoggera If I told you what the session was...... it wouldn't be a surprise would it? I suggest you simply show up and find out for yourself 🙂
  • 18:30 to 19:15 Yoga / PilatesA great opportunity to work on your flexibility and mobility.  A mid-Week training session that allows you to unwind, and adopt those yoga poses that will assist you to prevent injury and become more flexible and in tune with your own body. with Nanita at Enoggera A great opportunity mid week to focus on your flexibility and mobility. Nita is a fantastic yoga teacher that will assist you with your movement patterns, breathing techniques, and holistic health. Enjoy. Good chance the sound/vibration bowls will make an appearance also 🙂 From October to April these sessions are conducted at our Enoggera location so our community can enjoy yoga under the stars.

Thu

  • 6:00 to 6:45 Combo Extreme with Mat at Resultz Gym A hybrid training session with a mixture of strength and cardio thrown into the mix. A great combination to ensure we hit all the necessary energy systems 🙂
  • 18:30 to 19:15 AMRAP with Mat at Enoggera As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) As the name suggests, your challenge is to do as many rounds as you can in the designated timeframe. The only person you are competing against here is yourself. The more you put in, the more you will get out of it 🙂

Fri

  • 6:00 to 6:45 Boxing for fitness with Mat at Enoggera Find yourself a partner, hand wraps on and glove up! This high intensity boxing session will get the blood pumping, and the shoulders burning. Expect plenty of abdominal and a good dose of legs thrown in for good measure. Chances are, you will have "Eye of the Tiger" pumping out of the stereo to rock your workout!

Sat

  • 6:30 to 7:15 Boot Camp with Mat at Enoggera An amazing location and no better way to kickstart your Saturday morning. Enjoy your weekend and be prepared to do it all again next week 🙂
